Super happy with Simply Water installing our water softener and whole-home water filtration system. Even with Carmel water (still hard water), the difference in water quality is truly night and day. Showers feel noticeably better, the water tastes cleaner, and even shaving is smoother — things you don’t realize matter until you experience the upgrade.
We also use ultrasonic humidifiers in our bedrooms. With hard water, we used to get a lot of white dust buildup from mineral residue. Since the install, that dust has been noticeably reduced so far, and I’ll continue monitoring it over time — but the improvement is already very clear.
Andrew, the owner, was excellent to work with. He took the time to explain the system, answered all of my questions, and clearly knows his craft. He arrived on time, completed the install the same day, and the total time was very close to his original estimate.
His plumbing work was clean and professional, and he was extremely tidy throughout the process — everything was cleaned up before he left. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Simply Water to anyone considering a water softener or whole-home filtration system.

The customer service was fantastic!!! Our hot water heater stopped working late afternoon. Andrew responded to our problem right away and installed a new water heater the next morning!!! Highly recommend Simply Water!! We will use them again!

I am also pleased with the price he quoted me and he didn't change the quote even though it took me a little bit longer to call him back.
